Sandra Giannone Ezell is a trial lawyer who devotes her seemingly boundless energy to defending product manufacturers. She primarily focuses on negligence, products liability warnings and punitive damages actions, as well as handling commercial matters of all sizes.
Sandra routinely defends wrongful death and catastrophic spinal cord and brain injury, as well as other personal injury cases. In more than 15 years of managing and trying automotive and other transportation cases, she has defended allegations regarding seat belts, seats, airbags, cargo retention, glass, rollovers, suspension, tires, fires, brakes, electrical issues, accelerations and handling.
Sandra's practice has focused on defending child automotive restraint cases. This approach has also helped her serve non-automotive clients looking to defend cases with child plaintiffs. Sandra has defended and advised pharmaceutical, construction, tool and recreational product manufacturers.
