Roseann Bour defends product liability claims and represents clients in intellectual property and commercial litigation.  Types of cases she's defended include chemical cleaning products, medical devices, spa steam facial machines, and other consumer products.

Her practice focuses on defending cases for clients in Minnesota, and currently includes matters involving medical devices, personal injury, commercial contract cases, and trademark matters.

Roseann has experience in all phases of litigation and has first-chair jury and bench trial experience, as well as experience arguing motions in state and federal courts.

Past president of the Saint Mary's College, Notre Dame Minnesota Alumnae Club, Roseann is very active in professional and various other community organizations.
