Rob Robinson focuses his practice on complex business and tort liability cases. He frequently brings and defends breach of contract suits and defends unfair business practice claims. He routinely defends manufacturers, designers, and distributors in complex products liability claims. He also defends governmental entities in the areas of civil rights, employment, government tort and public contracts issues.

His broad litigation experience also includes the representation of financial institutions and textile importers in arbitration and the defense of numerous developers and subcontractors in complex construction defect litigation. He first-chaired a lengthy civil rights trial and also a breach of lease action, first-chaired a complex investor fraud private trial, and second-chaired a complex business/quiet title dispute and a complex real estate fraud trial, and has led administrative matters before the California Public Utilities Commission. He has also drafted numerous appeals and writs and has argued before the California Court of Appeals.

His pro bono activities have included being a Big Brother and working with the City of Hope National Cancer Center.  Rob is currently serving on the Board of Directors for "For the Child."
