Raj Sivananthan is a litigator with 17 years of experience.  Sought after for his highly focused knowledge and experience, Raj is a leader in the world of discovery and document review.  He advises corporations on how to take on the many challenges of modern discovery practice, and directs the tactical preparation of corporate witnesses for deposition and the strategic preparation of responses to all forms of discovery.  He also has significant experience in designing, implementing and coordinating discovery management programs, record retention programs and litigation risk management programs for clients.

The discovery programs he has created and managed involve all facets of discovery management and is aimed at minimizing the risk to clients from document production inconsistencies, written discovery inconsistencies and potential sanctions. The processes and procedures he has designed include detailed discovery tracking tools, calendaring tools, and databases that capture company information in a consistent manner for reference and re-use in pattern litigation.

Raj is a frequent speaker on topics ranging from discovery management and program implementation to case management and witness preparation.
