Michelle Jager's practice includes products liability litigation, nursing home litigation, and vehicle warranty litigation. As an associate, Michelle handles all aspects of trial preparation.
Prior to joining Bowman and Brooke, Michelle was a law clerk for Chief Justice Charles Jones of the Arizona Supreme Court. While attending law school, Michelle worked at a national firm, where she practiced commercial litigation and employment law.
During law school, Michelle was also a Note and Comment Editor of the Arizona State Law Journal, and competed on the Jessup International Moot Court Team. In addition to her studies, Michelle also externed for the Honorable James Teilborg of the U.S. District Court.
Prior to her legal experience, Michelle gained significant corporate knowledge as a District Retail Manager. She oversaw over 100 staff members, managed store locations and was responsible for net income, operations, physical plants and personnel. Her litigation and business experiences have given her the qualifications necessary to prepare for trials and get the results her clients expect.
