Melissa Stull practices in the area of product liability defense, with a special focus on the representation of medical device, and agricultural and industrial equipment manufacturers.  In addition, she has significant experience in the areas of mass asbestos litigation, and motor vehicle warranty claims.  Melissa has second-chair jury trial experience and advocates for her clients in all phases of litigation, including taking depositions, preparing and arguing motions in state and federal courts, and negotiating settlement agreements.

Melissa graduated from the University of Iowa with distinction, where she served roles as managing editor and staff writer for The Journal of Corporation Law. She was also a board member for the Organization of Women Law Students and Staff.
