Gregory Wix focuses his practice on complex civil litigation. Defending national and international clients, Greg handles some of their highest exposure cases. In his career, Greg has handled many types of product liability and commercial litigation matters. These have included highly technical product liability claims of wrongful death and catastrophic injury involving automobiles and medical devices to complex contract disputes. He also has extensive experience defending explosion and fire cases. Regardless of the size of his client or their case, Greg's commitment to client satisfaction is paramount.
Greg is also an accomplished trial lawyer and is most comfortable in the courtroom. He has successfully taken a number of high exposure cases to verdict. On other occasions Greg has been successful in disposing of matters before they reach a jury. Whether through pretrial motion practice or settlement negotiations, Greg works with his clients to achieve the best result.
Before his legal career, Greg, a Gulf War Veteran, served in the U.S. Army. During college and law school, he was employed by a national automotive manufacturer. After law school, Greg worked for a nationally recognized law firm concentrating on healthcare law until he joined Bowman and Brooke.
