Paul is a trial attorney who represents businesses with a concentration on the needs of manufacturers. His experience includes all aspects of litigation from administrative proceedings to appellate practice.

Paul has tried to verdict many cases involving fires and accidents for automotive and truck companies. His products liability experience includes death, catastrophic injury and property damage matters with multi-million dollar exposures. Paul's business litigation successes span a wide variety of issues including breach of agricultural contracts, unilateral mistake in negotiations and violation of competitive bidding statutes. Paul also consults on special issues facing product manufacturers such as recalls and motor vehicle warranty obligations.

In addition to his practice, Paul serves as a St. Louis Park City Councilman, and is an active volunteer with the Minnesota Chamber of Commerce and local charitable organizations.
